Dr. Daphne Pillai was a panellist at the Global Talk show at the Global Women Leaders Forum, South Korea. Global women leaders spoke on challenges and entrepreneurship opportunities in the post Covid Era. Speakers were from Egypt (Dr. Yomna El Sherrid), France (Marie Christine Oghly), India (Dr. Daphne Pillai) South Korea (Bun Hi Kim) and Uzbekistan (Gulnora Makhmudova).Sophie Kang was the brilliant moderator. She solicited answers on how different countries changed their ways of working and business models to cope with the crisis.
Dr. Daphne Pillai represented India virtually at the ‘Global Women Leaders Forum’ lighting ceremony at Busan, South Korea on December 22nd, 2020. The event was sponsored by the Busan, South Korea Government. The seven Maritime bridges of Busan were illuminated at this event to celebrate a New Year of Hope and Happiness after the Corona blues. Members from 29 countries lit candles and lamps to symbolise light at the end of the tunnel for New Year, 2021.
